1. Service Description
TuneGrab is a local audio extraction tool. Its main features include:
- Extracting audio tracks from video files selected by you.
- Exporting M4A files through audio stream copying without re-encoding when supported.
- Saving, previewing, sharing, or deleting extracted audio on your device.
- Providing limited use without a subscription.
- Unlocking complete audio extraction with a subscription.
The App currently has no server operated by us and does not provide account registration, cloud storage, cloud synchronization, or online video processing.
2. On-Device Processing
The core audio extraction process takes place on your device.
You understand and agree that:
- Videos you select are not uploaded to our servers.
- Extracted audio files are not uploaded to our servers.
- Processing speed, success rate, and output may be affected by device performance, video format, audio track format, system permissions, and available storage.
- If a video does not contain an extractable audio track, the App may be unable to generate an audio file.
3. Free and Subscription Features
The App may provide free use and paid subscriptions.
Without an active subscription:
- The App extracts only the first one-third of the source video’s audio.
- Trial exports may include a “Trial” or similar identifier.
- Trial exports do not contain the complete audio.
With an active subscription:
- Complete audio extraction is unlocked.
- Processing remains primarily on-device and does not mean that we provide cloud or manual processing.
Subscription prices, periods, benefits, trials, and offers are governed by the information shown in the App and the app store.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the videos and audio you select, process, store, and share.
You agree that:

You are responsible for disputes, complaints, claims, or losses resulting from content you process or distribute.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
In-App subscriptions are processed by the app store, which provides payment, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund support.
You understand and agree that:
- We do not directly collect bank card numbers, credit card numbers, or payment passwords.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled under the app store’s rules before the end of the current subscription period.
- Before purchasing, you should confirm the price, period, benefits, trial, offer, and auto-renewal terms.
- Refund requests generally must be made through the app store’s official channels.
For additional subscription rules, see the TuneGrab Subscription Terms.
